The 2010 Nestea Sampling Campaign was the largest scale F2F project ever carried out by our agency. We were extremely fortunate to win the pitch for this project and today we are even happier to have been able to complete it so successfully. 255 000 product cans, chilled between 2º and 6º were distributed during the time of the 230 sampling events.
AGENCY TASK
| • Scouting and selection of sampling locations with vast presense of target group according to previously assigned channels such as office buildings, shopping centers, parks, universities, central walking zones, seaside beaches, POS of large supermarkets. • Preparation of detailed activities schedule, with recommendation for working day and time, completely sinchronyzed with the specific teams and locations for execution of the samplings. The agency formulated and submitted a detailed forcast of the estimated human traffic and possible number of established contacts. • Negotiating all the locations; • Creating the sampling events concept and the activities mechanism. • Production of all materials, uniforms and other items realted to and required for the successful implementation of the promotion. • Complete logistics organization, from the clients’ wharehouse, through the agancy’s wharehouse and cold stores in all different cities to refrigirated compartment transportation to the location of the events. This complex logistics was necessary and extremely important for achieving the mandatory serving temperature for the sampled product, ranging between 2º and 6ºC. • Control system implementation with reccuring inspections of the cooling environment and serving temperature required for the sampled product. • Selection, training and supervision of the promotional teams motivated to carry out the sampling events. • Assuring of detailed daily and weekly account of activities as well as full report of the project as a whole. |
RESULTS
| • Achieved the projected contacts with representatives of the target group by sampling 255 000 cans of the product. • Implementing 230 sampling events throughout 25 cities for the period of five months. • Achieving the mandatory temperature requirements for the sampled product during more than 90% of the sampling events. • Receiving a very high mark from the client for the agency’s conduct and work as a whole, and more specifically the organization and implementation of the project. |
