The Sony Vaio Training took place in the fall of 2010 and had a few distinctive goals. Besides the usual produt training, performed by Sony regularly, a new modul was added in this case. It concerned the training of sales representatives in innitiating and completing sales. The challenge was to organize the training in the most compeling and interesting way, so that it would be attractive and usefull for the participants. The partakers were representatives and merchants of major electronics stores as well as sales specialist and consultants from Sony. Besides everything else, this training meant to serve as informal realtionship building link between the two groups.

 

 

AGENCY TASK

 

•          Proposal of suitable location and training curriculum formulation.
•          Negotiating and organizing of Sofia-Velingrad transportation, location, accomodation and consumption for 50 participants.
•          Organizing and coordinating a training modul „The ability to initiate and complete a sell”
•          Branding of all participating locations, arranging the training hall, setting and preparing demonstration zones.
•          Organizing and administering role play activities for the purpose of checking the knowledge and skills aquired during
           the time and as a result of the training.
•          Organization of team building activities.
•          Design and production of all communication materials – invitations, schedules, welcome letter, ID cards, gifts and branding.

 

 

RESULTS

 

•         Extremely high mark (5.9) given by the participants in the training, based on an evaluation questionaire filled by each person.
•         Very good informal rating in an assesment given by the participants. Most of them recognized the training as being most
          helpful in building a positive and close relationship with their peers as well as leaving then emotionally charged.
•         A positive assesment on behalf of the client for the overall organization and conducting of the training.
