In 2010 Sony introduced a new, revolutionary series of digital pocket camera to the Bulgarian market. This model camera allows an image quality inherent to a SRL camera thanks to the possibility of lens replacement. In spring of 2010 Smart Communications was engaged in organizing a new, different and memorable event, which would introduce this new product to representatives of the Bulgarian and Macedonian media. During the event the journalist became familiar with the lightest digital cameras with interchangeable lens - Sony Alpha NEX-3 and Sony Alpha NEX-5

 

 

AGENCY TASK

 

•          Scouting and establishing scenic location for conducting the event abroad with the prospect of taking impressive
           panoramic and landscape photos.
•          Proposal of a three-day event schedule, including accomodation options, dining, entertainment and organized trips.
•          Organization the entire event, negotiation of all locations, menue options, programs, day trips and local guides, etc.
•          Ensuring branding of all locations, hall arrangements, design and production of all communication materials for the event,
           including invitations, welcome pack, program, ID cards, etc.
•          Synchronizing all transfers within the time of the event, including local bus transfers and day trips, airplane trip for
           the entire group to Italy and back, boats and ferry transfer withing the Venetian lagoon.
•          Providing the logistics of the demonstration products to and back from Italy.

 

 

RESULTS

 

•          Extremely high mark given by the participants in the event, based on an evaluation questionaire filled by each
           person at the end of the trip.
•          A very positive assesment on behalf of the client for the overall work of the agency in organization and conducting of the event.
•          A remarkable media interest and positive response triggered by the event, resulting in over 50 publications.
